With reference to “clean, healthy, and high-quality production” motto we adopted as Technocast Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş, we act under leadership of the senior management in all our activities, targeting raising the necessary awareness and forming consciousness on occupational health and safety, and with the belief that occupational accidents and diseases are preventable.
We give direction to our actions with this understanding and act based on the following principles;
» Creation, practice, ensuring continuity of OHS management system and securing the required resources for its development,
» Developing methods to continuously improve performance of OHS management system, establishing targets and management programs,
» Fulfilling legal regulations on OHS in all our activities,
» Determining and assessing OHS risks to prevent occupational accidents and diseases, taking precautions to decrease risks, establishing a safe work environment, establishing relevant institutions and supporting their activities,
» Train our employees to improve their level of information on OHS and periodically repeating these trainings to ensure they have a solid awareness on OHS,
» Choosing equipment, raw materials, and tools suitable to occupational health-occupational safety,
» Ensuring all our employees, suppliers, and visitors follow OHS rules,
» Following technological developments on OHS and directing our investments accordingly,
» Ensuring and supporting participation of our employees, employee representatives, and suppliers in all processes, protecting from retaliations,
Therefore, we undertake to continue our activities towards providing a healthy work environment in our businesses.
These principles shall be announced to the public using means of communication and will be open to public feedback. The management will be consistently monitoring application of OHS policy and targets it undertook.
