World Heritage Turkish Coffee

Turkish Coffee; with its flavor, brewing technique, and special presentation, holds a special place worldwide.

In 2013, Unesco included it in the list of intangible cultural heritage. Consequently, every year, December 5th is celebrated as “World Turkish Coffee Day.”

At the same time, coffee holds significant importance within the Turkish community. Coffee, with special meanings like friendship, hospitality, and warmth, is offered to almost all guests.

The first coffee beans were brought to Istanbul in the mid-15th century by the Governor of Yemen, Özdemir Pasha. The coffee beans, initially consumed in the form they came from Yemen, were soon transformed into Turkish Coffee as we know it today, through special roasting, grinding, and brewing techniques.

We, too, are carrying forward this unique heritage we inherited from the past. We are producing new generation Turkish Coffee Machines, striving to make this beautiful experience, from brewing to serving, even more unique for our customers.
