About Us
Technocast, which has 3 different lines of business, started light alloy Aluminium Wheels trade in Istanbul in 2003, which is the main field of activity for domestic and international markets.
In 2004, the company continued to grow by acquiring Kare Metal Form Sanayi Ltd. which produces light alloy wheels in Türkiye.
In 2006, it started exporting alloy wheels to many European countries and provided consultancy for the establishment of wheel production facility.
In 2010, Technocast moved to its new production facility of 13,000 m² (9,500 m² closed area) in Tekirdağ / Çerkezköy. At the end of the same year, an investment was made in plastic injection mould technology to produce Turkish Coffee Machine for Arçelik-Beko Group.
In 2013, R&D studies were started for a new product group in the medical field and in 2015 Technocast started to produce and sell endoscopy accessories with its own registered brand Mednetic.
In 2016, with the commissioning of the new SDA assembly factory, Technocast started to serve as OEM / ODM supplier to domestic and international brands.
In 2017, Technocast R&D Centre became entitled to be the 669th R&D Centre in Türkiye. In 2020, SDA production reached 1 million units per year.
Technocast continues to operate in 3 different locations with a total closed area of 23,000 m² and 548 employees.

Small Domestic Appliances
Technocast provides services as an OEM/ODM supplier to its business partners in Small Domestic Appliances. Company puts into practice the projects of its customers with its competent product development, R&D and manufacturing teams.
Technocast continues its operations in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone on 2 different locations with a total indoor area of15.000 m2 and carries out all product development and production phases from industrial and mechanical design to assembly under the same roof. Company manufactures products mainly for facilities in vacuum cleaner, hot beverage preparation and kitchen appliances sectors.

Low Pressure Casting (Aluminum Alloy Wheels)
Carre Wheels is a registered trade mark of Kare Metal, operating under Technocast Automotive. Kare Metal produces custom design alloy wheels within the size range of 10’’ -23’’. All research and development, product design, product simulation activities and all production phases are carried out under the same roof by means of high technology support. The wheels are sold through resellers in local market and being exported to more than 15 countries, mainly UK, Belgium, Germany and Italy.

Medical (Endoscopy Accessories)
Technocast, 15 yılı aşkın farklı sektörlerdeki üretim tecrübesini kullanarak, 2013 yılı itibarı ile yerli medikal ürün üretimine yatırım yapma kararı almıştır. 2 yıl süren AR-GE çalışmaları neticesinde MEDNETIC markası 2015 yılında doğmuştur.
MEDNETIC is Technocast A.Ş. group company. Having more than 15 years experience in different fields of manufacturing, in 2013 Technocast decided to make an investment in local manufacturing in medical sector. After 2 years of R&D works the brand MEDNETIC was born in 2015.
Endoscopy Accessories being its first and main product category, MEDNETIC has a wide range of products in this field. The manufacturing takes place in its cleanroom facilities which is at European standards, located in Çerkezköy Industrial Zone/Tekirdağ.
The company established ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems and has CE certificates for its products. The products are sold through resellers in local market and being exported to more than 10 countries.
